General provisions<\/h4>\n\n<p>1.1. By ordering goods on the neformat.store website, the Buyer accepts the terms of this agreement.<br\/>1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change the terms of the offer without prior notice. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Place your order<\/h4>\n\n<p>2.1. The buyer independently selects goods on the website and places an order.<br\/>2.2. Payment is made in accordance with the methods indicated on the website.<br\/>2.3. Delivery of goods is carried out by carriers selected by the Buyer when placing an order.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Rights and obligations of the parties<\/h4>\n\n<p>3.1. The buyer undertakes to provide accurate data when placing an order.<br\/>3.2. The seller undertakes to transfer quality goods that correspond to the description on the website.<br\/>3.3. The buyer has the right to return or exchange the goods in accordance with the <strong>Return Policy<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. 4. Guarantees and liability<\/h4>\n\n<p>4.1. The seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.<br\/>4.2. The buyer is responsible for the correctness of the specified contact information. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Processing of personal data<\/h4>\n\n<p>5.1. The Buyer agrees to the processing of his personal data for the fulfillment of the order.<br\/>5.2. The Seller does not transfer personal data to third parties, except as provided by law. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. 6. Other conditions<\/h4>\n\n<p>6.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations or in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.<br\/>6.2.
