Return and exchange policy:
- The goods were not used, their presentation, labels and packaging were preserved.
- Returns do not apply to goods included in the list of non-food items that cannot be exchanged or returned (for example, underwear, hosiery).
How to return the goods:
- Contact us via email or phone number listed above.
- Send the goods via Nova Poshta after agreement with the manager.
- After receiving and checking the goods, we will refund your account within 7 business days or make an exchange.
Please note: the buyer pays the shipping costs for returns, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or the wrong product was sent by mistake.
